My name is Laura. Italian is my mother tongue. I have lived in Newcastle upon Tyne since November 2015. I am a Graduate Italian Teacher specialising in Italian Language and Literature.
I love this job, I love to share my knowledge and to teach my own language to other people.
About me
I am carrying out teaching and learning activities in relation to the speaking and listening element of the GCSE Italian exams to different colleges.
School where I taught
I taught Italian language in Year 3 and Year 4 in Bridgewater, a growing and vibrant 0-11 Primary school in the heart of Scotswood, with panoramic views across the Tyne Valley. This unique setting provides outstanding childcare and education and offers a range of extended services to the community it serves. It is an exciting time for Bridgewater and Scotswood as it is in a phase of regeneration, new houses and community facilities are being built now and over the next few years, as well as exciting enhancements currently being made to the school.
